“Bounce” Exhibition Opening at Oolite Arts Lincoln Road

Miami, FL – October 18, 2023 – In Oolite Arts’ new exhibition “Bounce,” international and Miami-based artists translate the essence of movement into static works of art. For her Miami curatorial debut, Storm Ascher sought to explore the word “Bounce” as a vibe, one that evokes Miami’s club culture and resonates across the sculptures, paintings and photographs that comprise the exhibition.

“Bounce is an intricate dance that arrests motion within the static confines of art, inviting contemplation and reflection, and coinciding with the renowned Art Basel Miami Beach. Bounce presents an enticing visual journey that celebrates the dynamic interplay between stasis and motion,” Ascher writes in her curatorial essay for the exhibition.
